Checking the Plymouth County real estate numbers for June and there are a few things of note; it was the busiest month of the year to date in real estate sales, and the number of refinances came in with the second most recordings this year.

Plymouth County Register of Deeds, John Buckley tells Christine James the average sales price has also had a modest increase.
