New K-9 Recruit Ringo Joins the Quincy Police Department

The City of Quincy’s Police Department recently got a new K-9 recruit named Ringo.

Police Chief Mark Kennedy tells WATD News Ringo won’t only be pursuing criminals.

Kennedy says that Ringo was purchased without any cost to the taxpayer.

Kennedy has high hopes for Ringo’s progression as a K-9 recruit.

Quincy Police say bloodhounds have unique capabilities and are known to be effective at tracking human scent.
