It’s been quite the turnaround for a Norwell football team that dropped six straight games after their opening week win last season.
In fact, this season has been quite the opposite: a 6-1 start to the year.
With an exceptionally talented group of seniors leading the charge, the Clippers are rolling under second year head coach John Willis.
Willis is no stranger to success in high school athletics, and has a team that hasn’t posted a winning season since 2017 on the verge of entering the tournament as the number one seed in Division 6.
Ask the captains what the biggest driver behind their success is, and they’ll tell you simply “unity.”
