Crews were called to the scene of an early morning fire in Scituate.
Fire officials tell WATD News the fire was reported around 2:40 a.m. Monday at 372 Clapp Rd.
The home was built in 1794 which made extinguishing the fire difficult for firefighters,causing a third alarm to be struck.
Norwell, Cohasset, Hull, Hingham, and Marshfield provided mutual aid.
No injuries were reported.
The incident remains under investigation, but officials say it doesn’t appear to be suspicious.
