Rockland Police are investigating an armed robbery.
Police say that shortly before 3:30 a.m. Saturday two males entered the 7-11 on Market St. and approached the clerk as he was working at the coffee machine.
One of the males, described as being 6 foot tall Hispanic male with black Nike sweatpants, blue sneakers, a black puffy jacket, and a black half face mask, pulled out a firearm.
A knife was brandished by the other suspect described as a 5 foot 8 white male wearing gray sweatpants, a black hoodie, a black half face mask and white slides.
They walked the clerk behind the counter to the register, which they forced him to open before emptying its contents and stealing roughly $80 worth of cigarettes.
Police say the suspects then fled on foot toward Highland St., likely to a getaway vehicle.
