For a third straight season, the Pembroke boys basketball team is in the thick of things in the Patriot League Fisher Division, and appear primed for another trip to the MIAA playoffs.
Despite much roster turnover and key losses to graduation, the 2023-2024 team has overdelivered on expectations, and currently sit in the top 25 of the Division 3 Power Rankings.
A resilient group, coach Matt Vincenzi’s Titans have proven that they can win in a variety of different ways, evidenced by their come-from-behind performance against North Quincy last Friday.
Despite falling behind 12-0 on the road, Pembroke rallied back, netting an incredible 37 points in the third quarter alone to pick up the nine point win.

Following the victory, Matthew Delcore, Jacob Derochea, Tom Halloran, and Gerald Ellison stopped by the Sports Exchange to share their thoughts on the game.
We discussed the season thus far, and what has fueled the Titans on their hot start to the season.
With much on the horizon for this year’s group, we found out what they believe it will take to make a run in the tournament come March.
