Police are investigating an early morning shooting in Brockton.
Brockton Police say officers responded to Hammond St. and George St. shortly after 3:30 a.m. Friday after receiving a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers found nine shell casings on the street.
No injuries were reported, but police say a house did sustain property damage from the gunfire.
A white sedan was seen leaving the area immediately after the shooting.
