Brockton Police Investigate Early Morning Shooting

Police are investigating an early morning shooting in Brockton.
Brockton Police say officers responded to Hammond St. and George St. shortly after 3:30 a.m. Friday after receiving a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers found nine shell casings on the street.
No injuries were reported, but police say a house did sustain property damage from the gunfire.
A white sedan was seen leaving the area immediately after the shooting.
The case remains under investigation and anyone with information is being asked to contact Brockton Police Detective Bureau at 508-941-0234.
