A Plymouth man is facing attempted murder and firearm charges after he allegedly shot at two homes just before two o’clock Saturday morning.
Police say that twenty-five year old Joshua Fitzgerald was involved in a fight at a local bar who then went to a North Spooner Road home where he believed the person he fought with lived.
Fitzgerald then allegedly began shooting at the house where a bullet went through the siding and lodged in a family room ceiling. Multiple bullets struck a second home, one going through a window. No one was injured.
Police later found Fitzgerald on his front porch. He then went inside and then into his backyard when officers approached.
Fitzgerald was taken into custody without incident after dropping his pistol and obeying commands to surrender,
Fitzgerald is being held on ten thousand dollars bail on several charges including four counts of assault to murder with a firearm, carrying an unlicensed firearm, threats to murder, and possession of cocaine.
