Members of save our Bay led a five mile walk from Plymouth Town Hall to the decommissioned Pilgrim nuclear power plant on Saturday to rally against Holtec’s ongoing evaporation of radioactive wastewater the group says disposing a danger to local communities. Henretta Consentino of the Plymouth League of Women Voters gave details to WATD News.
The group was led by two Japanese citizens walking in conjunction with a march Japan protesting the 2011 Fukushima nuclear plant disaster.
