One man was hospitalized following a crash involving a truck and a bicycle.
Cohasset Police say the crash took place at around 8 a.m. Wednesday morning in the 300-block of N. Main St. when a 2022 Chevrolet pick-up truck backed out of a residential driveway and struck the bike.
The bicyclist, identified as a 54-year-old Scituate man, was thrown and landed several yards away from the initial impact point.
The truck driver, identified as a 20-year-old male from Cohasset, was uninjured.
Police say the bicyclist was wearing a helmet, but still sustained injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
