Our friends at Scituate Animal Shelter tell us Nova is a high energy pup who loves to be with people. She may need a little brush up on her manners as she does love to jump and greet those she loves, but her fun energy is nothing but kind.

Nova is friendly with all, dogs included. We have not seen her with cats but she does love to chase small animals outside so a home with no cats is ideal.

This sweet brindle lady loves toys! The more they squeak the better! She is great at a game of catch too. Nova was also previously crate trained which is a bonus for anyone looking for a dog who is trained.

Nova recently had a large litter of puppies. She has a very saggy undercarriage from carrying all those babies. Don’t let this take away from her wonderful charm!

This amazing gal will fit into most homes looking for a high energy, lovable pup.

Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm for a chance to view adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow SAS to continue to help pets in need.

Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and it’s been determined you are the best fit. The shelter does not operate on a first come, first served basis.
