Hingham Police say that on Thursday June 13 they were informed about an incident at Bathing Beach where two juveniles said a man approached them and asked that they perform a sexual act.
The suspect was later identified as 27-year-old Benjamin Hirtle and he was taken into custody on Tuesday.
He was arraigned at Hingham District Court on two counts of Entice child under 16.
