A man charged with stabbing two people at a Plymouth rest area restaurant was determined to be dangerous following a hearing on Monday.
The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office says that shortly before 7 p.m. on the evening of May 25th police received several 911 calls for reports of the stabbing of two employees at the McDonald’s restaurant, located in the Route 3 rest area.
Upon arrival, first responders found a 21 year-old woman with a knife laceration, she was transported to South Shore Hospital and a 28-year-old man who was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess-Plymouth Hospital for a laceration from a knife.
Surveillance video appears to show 26-year-old Jared Ravizza reaching through the drive-thru window and stabbing the male victim with a large knife. He then allegedly went behind the counter and stabbed the second female victim.
Ravizza is also accused of stabbing four teenage girls earlier in the evening at the AMC 10 Braintree.
Once inside the theater he came upon four girls between 9 and 17-years-old and stabbed them before fleeing the scene in a black SUV.
As a result of being found dangerous, Ravizza is being held without bail on charges of one count of Armed Assault to Murder, two counts of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and one count of Indecent Exposure.
