A Beverly man is facing charges following motor vehicle breaks in Wareham.
Wareham Police say the break-ins took place in the Onset section of town and video surveillance from the area was used in an attempt to identify the suspect.
They eventually located a man matching the description of the suspect, 36-year-old Kristopher Foley.
Police say Foley had a backpack and stolen items from the recent break-ins and he was placed in custody without incident.
He was arraigned in Wareham District Court on charges of trespassing, B&E to a motor vehicle nighttime, and receiving stolen property under $1200.
Foley also had two outstanding arrest warrants for similar offenses out of Lynn District Court.
