In the Republican Primary Race for State Representative in the 1st Plymouth District, Jesse Brown is declaring victory.

 

In fact, Brown says he even heard from his opponent, Dee Wallace Spencer.

 

While some races are still waiting for mail-in ballots to be counted Brown tells WATD News he’s confident that he has won his party’s nomination.

 

Michelle Badger has been declared by the Associated Press as the winner of the Democratic Primary.
