As the recount goes on in the race to be the Republican nominee for State Senate in the Plymouth Barnstable District, candidate Kari MacRae is taking legal action.
MacRae tells WATD News there are quite a few ballots in dispute.
MacRae also described what the next steps will be.
WATD News reached out to the Town’s General Counsel for comment, but has not yet heard back.
