Rob and Beth are big fans of theatre here at The South Shore’s Morning News so they were delighted to welcome in the main cast members from The North River Theatre’s production of The Weir. Opening Friday November 22nd, this play from famous Irish playwright and screenwriter, Conor McPherson, is a journey of human emotion, connection, and some spookiness tucked in between: 

At a rural bar in Ireland, the local, male regulars exchange spooky village folklore in an attempt to impress a young woman from Dublin who recently moved into a house with its own eerie reputation. As the evening shadows dwindle, she ends up sharing a haunting tale of her own
