We have a lot of things to be proud of here in Massachusetts…and now add “Epic Christmas Tree” to the list! This beautiful 11-ton, 74-feet tall, 43-feet wide Norway Spruce was picked to be THE tree of all trees… and it was grown locally in West Stockbridge, MA. Who says there is a rivalry between Massachusetts and New York!? That does not apply to friendly Holiday traditions!

This West Stockbridge beauty is currently on the road to Manhattan where it will arrive this Saturday, November 9th. Once the tree is hoisted up, it will become the center of attention: five miles of wire holding 50,000 LED lights will be wrapped around, a 9-foot, 900-pound Swarovski star covered in 3 million crystals will then be the crowning jewel. This dressage is all in anticipation for the tree lighting ceremony, Wednesday, December 4th at 7pm.
We are wishing a safe trip to our beloved tree and a successful season as millions of visitors are expected to stand in awe at Rock Center in NYC.
