A Maine man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself to a teen girl on Sunday morning.
Hanover Police say that shortly after 10 a.m. officers responded to a report of a suspicious male party reportedly following a female at Hanover Crossing.
The 17-year-old victim told police she was in her vehicle when a white pickup truck pulled up next to her and she observed a man in the truck clearly staring at her.
The man then exited his truck and exposed himself to her before getting back into his truck and driving circles around her vehicle.
He pulled up next to her vehicle a second time while honking his horn in an attempt to get the victim’s attention.
The man then drove away and parked in front of a neighboring business.
The victim, who was able to provide a solid description of the suspect including a photograph of the suspect’s vehicle and officers quickly located the vehicle and the suspect who was still on the property.
The suspect, identified as Justin S. Graves of Springvale, Maine, was placed under arrest and arraigned in Hingham District Court Monday morning on charges of Open and Gross Lewdness; Possession of a Class E Drug; Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class D Drug; Possession of a Class B Drug; and Possession of a Class D Drug.
Graves was held on $10,000.00 cash bail and has a pre-trial hearing date of February 11.
