Chleo the cat is not your ordinary pet cat, she has more of a WILD side to her, and there is a reason for that! Her previous owners let her be a 24/7 outdoors cat, so they provided her food, but she was pretty much on her own, living outside. Her owners were moving, and they were worried about Chleo, so they called Standish Humane Society for help.
Standish Humane Society calls her “Superstar Chleo” as she is independent, confident, and a natural hunter, so if you have a little rodent problem in your home, Chleo would probably thrive in that environment. They also reported that Chleo warmed up to the fellow cats in her Foster home after a slow introduction period. It is suggested for Chleo to not be around small children as she isn’t too keen on being pet or cuddled. Chleo will let a couple of pets in, but mostly likes to chill on her own… she is a true independent woman!
Chleo had a couple of litters while she was living life in the outside world, but she has now been spayed and is up to date on vaccinations, as well as being microchipped. She is ready to go to her new fur-ever home! Also, check out how pretty Chleo is, she has bright and wide green eyes, a woodsy-colored coat, and a tuft of white under her chin.
Maybe you’re also an independent woman, who would love an independent cat. Maybe you would just love a furry friend and you’re not a cuddly person yourself. Maybe you just want to see a cutie walking around your house, being the coolest cat ever…well don’t wait! Fill out an application today.
