There was just one contested race in Saturday’s West Bridgewater Annual Town Election.
John Waller and Peregrine Wiech are the new members of the School Committee. They defeated incumbent David Schmeer.
Waller topped the race with 348 votes and Wiech received 293. Schmeer received 195.
All other races were uncontested.
Selectman incumbent Michael Perez received 418 votes.
Board of Health incumbent Linda Simpson 389.
Library Trustee incumbents Christopher Lawrence, 368 and Kristine Roberts, 354.
Housing Authority incumbent John Cruz, 393.
Marcus Bornstein, Planning Board 353.
Constables incumbents, Christopher Boujoukos, 342, and Brian O’Connell 326.
Two write in votes, Molly Smith, Board of Assessors 104 and Mark McCloud, Water Commissioner, 44.
Just 8 percent or 486 voters turned out at the polls.
