Commuters on the Ashmont Branch of the Red Line will see regular service replaced with shuttle buses.
MBTA officials say that between JFK/UMass and Ashmont trains will be replaced with free and accessible shuttle bus service for nine days until April 9.
It was also announced that service on the Mattapan Line service will be replaced with free and accessible shuttle bus service during the same time period.
Then starting on April 10 shuttle service on the Ashmont Branch will adjust shuttle train service with reduced frequency on the Branch between JFK/UMass and Ashmont for 21 days until April 30.
