It’s time to find our ‘Zen’ so we recruited the best in the business and had Diane Jordan stop by for our weekly segment, More Comfort Monday, which airs every Monday morning at 7:45 on The South Shore’s Morning News .
Diane Jordan is the owner of Natural Body Works in Kingston and she specializes in all things bodily and metaphysical. This week, we are revisiting the topic of Core Beliefs, which gained a lot of questions from the topic being introduced a week prior. You can listen to the first Core Beliefs segment by clicking here.
Just a reminder that Diane defines Core Beliefs as this:
Core Beliefs are deep in our subconscious mind. We don’t question or really even think about these beliefs. They begin to develop when we are very young, through osmosis, from experiences in our family and society.
Core beliefs that stem from negative experiences create detrimental patterns in our thoughts, feelings and behaviors, keep us stuck and cause anxiety.
Core beliefs that stem from positive experiences create beneficial patterns in our thoughts, feelings and behaviors and allow us to thrive.
Listen in as Diane expands upon this important topic and how you can change your life through it:
If you wondering if hypnosis can help you, Diane would love you to call her for a free consult and learn more. Your conversation with Diane is always 100% confidential. Names and identifying qualities are changed for real-life client stories on More Comfort Mondays. The number to reach Natural Body Works and Diane is 781-585-5130. And please tune in next week for another More Comfort Monday.
