Three arrests have been made in connection with a deadly stabbing in Brockton Monday afternoon.
The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office says that at approximately 12:17 p.m. troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s office were notified by Brockton Police about a potential stabbing homicide in the area of Spring Street.
First responders arrived on scene where they found a man, later identified as 27-year-old Steevenson Estimphil, suffering from a stab wound to the neck.
He was transported to Boston Medical Center South in Brockton where he later died from his injuries.
An investigation determined that an altercation occurred outside in the parking lot of Jack’s Place, an outreach program, on Spring St.
The three suspects were identified as 35-year-old Tony Gomes, 19-year-old Emerson Munguia, and 28-year-old Tynigel Belgrave.
Gomes and Monguia were taken to the Brockton Police Department and charged with murder.
Belgrave was located in Worcester, transported to the Worcester Police Department and booked for murder.
All three suspects are scheduled to be arraigned today in Brockton District Court.
The District Attorney says the investigation is “active and ongoing.”
