Two suspects are being sought in connection with an armed robbery at a Whitman CVS on Sunday night.
Whitman Police say that shortly after 7 p.m. were dispatched to the CVS at 351 Bedford St., for a report of an armed robbery.
They arrived on scene where they were told that a man and woman entered the store, and the woman began taking several items and putting them into a bag she had walked in with.
Police say she was approached by a store employee and the man she came in with then brandished what appeared to be a black, semi-automatic handgun.
The employee then ran into an office and called 911 while the suspects fled the store towards a nearby McDonald’s.
No injuries were reported.
A search of the area was conducted by officers but they were unable to locate the suspects.
