We can’t wait for you to meet Dorothy! She is our featured “Pet of the Week” on WATD. She is currently in foster care but is looking for her forever home.
Here’s the story about Dorothy. She was found with her two sisters abandoned in a field in Georgia and only weighing about 2 lbs. They were moved into foster care to Massachusetts recently and are doing very well. Their feet are tiny, which leads us to believe they may be mixed with a smaller breed, and may not grow into large dogs. Dorothy is just over 4 months old and will do best with a family that has another friendly puppy or confident dog, to keep her learning and help her build her confidence. She does not like being left alone due to history of abandonment. If you’d like to open your heart and home to Dorothy, please apply today on wagsforall.org!
