A Sutton woman was arrested after police say she was recording jurors in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial as they were leaving the Plymouth Superior Court.
Fifty-six-year-old Dawn Light pleaded not guilty yesterday (Wednesday) to aggravated intimidation of a witness.
Prosecutors requested Light be held on $50,000 bail but the judge released her on personal recognizance with the conditions that she stay away from the jury and witnesses in the case and not disseminate photos or videos in her cloud storage.
Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz says that around 4:15 Tuesday afternoon, a court officer notified state troopers that a woman was recording jurors as they left the court.
The woman, identified as Light, reportedly was parked in a restricted area where troopers found her in her car.
Light denied she was recording anyone leaving the courthouse and consented to having police check her phone.
Authorities say that they found video on her phone showing individuals walking out of the courthouse from earlier in the day that were identified as jurors.
Light is scheduled to be back in court on October 15th.
