Crews were called to the scene of a fire at Payton Court in Brockton Sunday night.   Fire Chief Brian Nardelli tells WATD News the home sustained tens of thousands of dollars in damage.   No other injuries were reported.

Brockton Mayor Robert Sullivan spoke with WATD’s Dan McCready about recent swatting incidents in nearby communities, the ongoing closure of Brockton Hospital, and the latest COVID numbers in the city.

Crews were called the scene of an overnight fire in Brockton.   Deputy Fire Chief Joseph Solomon tells WATD News that that no injuries were reported but that the home is uninhabitable.   The cause of the fire remains under investigation.   Whitman and Stoughton provided station coverage.
