An investigation is underway following a deadly shooting in Brockton. A police spokesman says that shortly before 12:30 a.m. Friday officers were dispatched to 17 Nason St. after receiving a report that a person was shot in a car. Hull Police are trying to identify an individual in connection with a bicycle theft. Police say officers responded to a call at Dunkin Donuts, at 1 Bay St., regarding a bicycle that had been stolen. Anyone with information is being asked to contact Hull Police at 781-925-1214.

Bridgewater Police say they are investigating a series of vehicle break-ins. The break-ins took overnight Wednesday into Thursday in Waterford Village. Police say it also appears one attempt was made to steal a KIA. Residents are being asked to not leave valuables inside vehicles and to make sure they are locked.
