Nessralla Farm’s 11th annual corn maze is open weekends through October 28th in Halifax from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Admission includes entry to the farm, maze, hayrides, bouncy house, tunnel toddler maze, kiddie train, hay bale pyramid, ring toss, bowling, corn hole along with additional offerings including a zip line, pick your own pumpkins, food tent, and more. Saturday, September 29:

The Brockton Downtown Festival is being held all over downtown Brockton with a weekend full of history, arts, music, entertainment, kid fun and so much more. The fun actually runs until Monday, October 8th 

The 30th annual Autumn-Fest in Bridgewater takes place rain or shine on the campus of Bridgewater State University at Boyden Hall from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. There will be pumpkin crafts, kids activities, train rides, moon bounce, Joe’s Crazy Critters, music, karate and dance demos, police K-9 demos and so much more. Sunday, September 30:

The Natural Resources Trust of Easton hosts their 45th annual Harvest and Craft Fair September 30 at the Sheep Pasture from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  The fair includes fun with the Toe Jam Puppet Band, face painting, pony rides, and pumpkin decorating. There will also be a children’s play area with free outdoor games, alpacas, food and entertainment and more! This is the largest fundraiser of the year for the NRT and all proceeds are used to directly support the operation of Sheep Pasture’s animal areas, trails and conservation property. Been to the Fuller Craft Museum in Brockton? Children under 12 are admitted for free and everyone is admitted for free Thursdays from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. Admission is free for Brockton residents! www.fullercraft.org 


The Children’s Museum in Boston costs $1 to enter Fridays from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.! Current exhibits include Explore-a-Saurus where you can assume the role of scientist and explore the evidence, the science and the features that make dinosaurs so compelling. You can touch and measure a fossil footprint and learn what clues it gives about a dinosaur’s size. You can manipulate a full-size model and learn how they moved and rearrange bone puzzles to learn about dinosaur anatomy.
