Calling all Pittie lovers: Marge needs a home

by | Aug 15, 2022 | Pet of the Week

Meet Marge!

Marge is a 6-year-old pittie gal who is looking for a home to call her very own. This sweet girl is excellent with anyone she meets, she has yet to meet a stranger. She is great with humans of all ages!

Our friends at Scituate Animal Shelter tell us Marge is not always a fan of other dogs. She is looking for a pet-free home where she can be the queen of her castle. Marge will come with some extra training provided by the shelter. She is extremely smart and loves to work for food! The team at the shelter will help her new human continue her positive reinforcement training that will really set her up for a very bright future!

Marge loves trips in the car and will insist on going for a ride. She has had field trips all over Scituate during her stay at the shelter and loves to explore new places.

While still active, Marge is also fine for lazy days curled on the couch. This girl is a great combination of active and couch potato.

We hope to get Marge into her loving forever home soon. She has been dealt a tough hand and we can’t wait to see her settled on a couch.

Adoption fees are $360 for a dog, $460 for a puppy, and $250 for a dog with special needs or senior over 10 years old. All dogs are fixed, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated and heartworm tested before adoption.
