Many National Grid customers remain in the dark Tuesday morning.
A company spokesperson spoke with WATD News around 6:30 a.m. and said that in Plymouth County there were 31,910 customers impacted.
They estimate power will be fully restored by 11 p.m. on Thursday.
As of 8 p.m. there were more than 130,000 customers across Massachusetts without power.
Counties most heavily impacted by the outages include Bristol County, Essex County, Middlesex County, Norfolk County, Plymouth County, and Worcester County.
They say over 100 utility poles across the state were damaged.
However, they say they have more than 2,000 people working across the state and helicopters in the air in an effort to get power restored as quickly as possible.
