State health officials are warning the public about a growing cluster of botulism cases linked to a spa in Milton.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health says that, as of Saturday, 10 cases of suspected iatrogenic botulism are under investigation, all associated with procedures performed at Rodrigo Beauty, located at 464 Granite Ave.

Anyone who received Botox injections at Rodrigo Beauty between May 1 and June 4 of this year is being urged to contact the Department of Public Health at 617-983-6800 or their local board of health immediately.

In addition, they say anyone experiencing symptoms should go to the nearest emergency department.

Symptoms include blurred or double vision, drooping eyelids, slurred speech, difficulty swallowing, or breathing difficulties following Botox injections.
