Voters approved three articles dealing with bylaws, for Federal Emergency Management Agency floodplain maps. The articles failed at Annual Town Meeting, which put Rockland in a suspended status for the federal program.
Katie Rand from FEMA spoke about policies in town.
Voters did not approve a $10,000 salary increase for the town’s health agent.
