The town’s population grew as of the 2020 census, so Plymouth needed to add at least one new precinct to its 15. The new map adds three new precincts.
Every precinct border has changed. So, rather than voters in each precinct choosing three of their nine representatives this spring, they will choose all nine. When Plymouth town meeting convenes after the election, it will have 162 representatives.
