Crews in Duxbury were called to the scene of a fire Thursday night.
Fire Chief Rob Reardon tells WATD News that a battery is being cited as the potential cause of that fire.
The home sustained extensive damage.
Reardon says this one of a series of incidents they had to deal with that day.
No injuries were reported.
