An arrest has been made in connection with the deadly crash at the Apple Store at Derby Place in Hingham on Monday.
Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz says that, as a result of an extensive investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained charging 53-year-old Bradley Rein with Reckless Homicide by Motor Vehicle.
The crash sent 17 people to local hospitals, 14 people were transported to South Shore Hospital, and two people were transported to hospitals in Boston after a vehicle drove through the store on Monday morning.
One man, identified as 65-year-old Kevin Bradley, of New Jersey, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Rein was arrested Monday night, and is scheduled to be arraigned in Hingham District Court.
