The City of Quincy is celebrating the unveiling of the Abigail Adams statue.
Adams was a defining voice of the Revolutionary Era, wife of the second President of the United States, John Adams, and mother of the sixth President, John Quincy Adams.
She was a farmer, writer, and patriot.
Mayor Tom Koch joined WATD to discuss the event, which takes place Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Hancock Adams Common, 1305 Hancock Street in Quincy.
