Brian Walshe, the husband of missing Cohasset woman Ana Walshe, made his first court appearance today where Assistant District Attorney Lynn Beland said the 47-year-old man mislead investigators and displayed suspicious behaviors.
Walshe entered a plea of not guilty in Quincy District Court to the charge of misleading a police investigation while his attorney Tracey Miner argued he has fully cooperated with investigators.
Judge Mark S. Coven imposed bail of $500,000 cash or $5 Million surety and ordered the defendant to return to Quincy District Court on February 9.
