Crews were called to the scene of a 4-alarm fire in Brockton.
Fire Chief Brian Nardelli says that just after 11 p.m. Monday they received a call reporting a building fire at 916 Warren Ave.
He says that upon arrival they found a heavy smoke condition and someone leaping out of the third-floor window.
The fire reached four alarms and the victim was transported to the hospital.
Plymouth County Control says Avon, Stoughton, West Bridgewater, Holbrook, and Whitman provided mutual aid.
