Say hello to Aurora! Aurora is a sweet 2 year old pit bull mix who was surrendered to our friends at the Quincy Animal Shelter due to housing issues. Aurora is a cuddle bug in every way. She loves to walk and be outside, but she also loves snuggling and giving kisses. Initially she was wary of men at the shelter, but she quickly warms up and now she is a shelter favorite of the male and female walkers!
At 57 pounds Aurora is not a lap dog but she thinks she is. Aurora likes to play with toys and can act like a puppy. She has had some training and listens well. She is very food motivated too. Aurora does well with the dogs in the shelter but at times will bark at dogs close by. We do not know if she has or could live with dogs in the same home. Aurora is not a fan of cats. If you are looking for a great companion and a master cuddler, please consider Aurora. Aurora is a very deserving dog who needs a family as committed to her as she is to them.
