The Cohasset Select Board is responding to a recent ruling by the Attorney General’s Office regarding a law that would impact Scituate’s waterways.

The board’s chair Jean Healey Dippold says they are looking at their next steps.

 

Scituate officials however, welcomed the ruling saying it was an attempt to control what people can put in or on top of tidal waters like boats, lobster cars or floats.
