Peaceful Meadows in Whitman is closing.
JJManning Auctioneers announced on their Facebook page that the family is voluntarily selling after 61 years.
They say there are four auction properties selling individually: the Ice Cream Shop including the Real Estate and the business; over 50 acres of agricultural land; a single family home across the street; and a two-family home across the street.
JJ Manning says the auction will be open through the end of the month with the Absolute Auction on August 29.
