Officials In Sharon Investigate Apparent Homicide

An investigation is underway after a dead body was found in Sharon.
Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey and Police Chief Stephen Coffey said on Friday that a relative went to the home of 62-year-old Brad Larson where he found him with obvious injuries.
First responders arrived on scene at 78 Deerfield Rd. and pronounced him dead.
Larson’s body was removed from the scene and officials say an autopsy will be conducted.
A heavy police presence will remain in the area for much of the day but officials say they believe, “there is no ongoing threat to the neighborhood, or the town related to this incident.”
No arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation.
