A 39-year-old Plymouth man is facing charges in connection with his role in allegedly trafficking fentanyl, trafficking methamphetamine, and operating a rudimentary drug laboratory in Whitman.
Massachusetts State Police say a month’s long investigation involving surveillance, and resulting in a search warrant, found the property was linked to Andrew Billings, of Plymouth.
Billings was arrested at his work place, in Plymouth.
State Police say the property, on Essex St. in Whitman, was in disrepair with scattered drug paraphernalia, and Troopers had to leave the scene. The MSP Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement Team was called, where evidence was collected. As part of the evidence, police seized 145 grams of oxycodone, 2,725 grams of counterfeit Adderall pills which tested positive for fentanyl, and 12,250 grams of counterfeit Xanax tablets, which tested positive for methamphetamine. The property has since been condemned by the town of Whitman.
Billings was arraigned at Plymouth District Court.
