Meet Tyler! Tyler is a sweet as pie senior guy who is about 10 years old and he is a Beagle mix. He is friendly with all, making him a good fit for most homes including those with kids and other dogs!

Our friends at the Scituate Animal Shelter tell us Tyler has some vision loss in one eye and will be getting a consult with an ophthalmologist. He gets around well using that beagle nose to sniff out the way! Tyler will also be getting a much-needed dental through the shelter.

Tyler is not a super nosey beagle. He does bark and bay when excited to see new friends! He is friendly with humans and with other dogs, too.

This guy loves a good walk and romp in the yard but also loves naps and curling up on his cozy bed.

Tyler is a going to make a true beagle lover very happy!

Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm for you to visit and view adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application.

Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and it’s been determined you are the best fit. The shelter does not operate on a first come, first served basis.
