An arrest has been made in connection with a 2023 murder of a Quincy man.
The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office says that shortly before 10:30 p.m. on February 26, 2023, a Brockton Police officer on routine patrol heard a gunshot in the area of North Main St. and Spring St.
Officers arrived at 54 North Main St., where they found 33-year-old Mark Boyd suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head.
He was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Following an investigation 41-year-old Brian Price, of Brockton, was arrested on a charge of Witness Intimidation and later arraigned on a charge of Accessory After the Fact to Murder.
He pleaded not guilty to both charges.
Another suspect, 17-year-old Kahmari T. Price, fled the scene but he was taken into custody Monday morning without incident after Massachusetts State Police located him at an address on West Boylston St. in Worcester.
He pleaded not guilty in Brockton District Court to one count of Murder and was held without bail.
His next court appearance is scheduled for May 1st.
Brian Price’s wife, Tara Stone-Price was also charged and pleaded not guilty to one count of Accessory After the Fact to Murder.
