Two men have been arrested in connection with the death of an Abington man.
The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office says the body of 43-year-old Anthony Leverone was found in his backyard on the evening of December 27, 2024 after police were called out to perform a well-being check at 563 Plymouth St.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The DA’s office says one of the suspects being sought in the case, 43-year-old Suzito Lopes of Quincy, was arrested at a home in Brockton Monday night.
The other suspect, his brother, 37-year-old Antonio Lopes of Taunton, turned himself in at the Abington Police Department on Tuesday morning.
Both men are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Brockton District Court.
