The Town of Scituate has reported a water main leak affecting Egypt Ave., Carver Ave., Seaside Ave., and surrounding areas.
While crews are investigating, residents in the area are being urged to take precautions by checking for discoloration and allowing the water to flush before use.
Officials say repair efforts are underway.
