Duxbury officials say snow removal operations will continue through the weekend.
Town Manager Rene Reid says that the fire department and DPW have set up an operations center at the Steele Building that will be staffed through the weekend to coordinate cleanup efforts.
He said that roads will continue to be widened, parking lots will be cleared, and over 200 fire hydrants will be dug out.
The transfer station has been cleared and will be opened from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through the weekend.
Since all power has been restored, the warming shelter at Duxbury Senior Center has been closed.
The senior center will reopen on Monday for normal operations.
